Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the ordering, processing, payment and shipment of Johnson Genealogy Services family tree charts:

Ordering and Processing
•  Each family tree chart is entitled to two proof revisions, consisting of text and photograph changes. Additional revisions will be charged at $20 per revision. Major custom modifications to the general layout of a family tree chart must be arranged and priced in advance by calling Johnson Genealogy Services at 732-365-2680.
•  The customer understands that once a family tree chart has been designed, only a partial refund of printing and shipping costs can be refunded.
•  The customer understands that once a proof of a family tree chart has been approved, no changes may be made after the order is in the printing and shipping stages.
•  The customer understands that Johnson Genealogy Services does not fact-check research submitted to create a family tree chart and is not responsible for errors in research submitted by the customer.

User Submitted Materials
Materials submitted by the customer, including but not limited to photographs, images, information and graphics, are subject to the following terms and conditions:
•  The customer grants Johnson Genealogy Services the right to use and reproduce these materials in connection with the development of a family tree chart.
•  The customer represents and warrants that he or she has obtained permission from the copyright holder(s) and has obtained signed copyright release(s) for all copyrighted, registered or trademarked images provided to Johnson Genealogy Services.
•  The customer understands that Johnson Genealogy Services reserves the right to limit or restrict the use of any materials it deems to be inappropriate or offensive.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Johnson Genealogy Services and its representatives harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, causes of action, damages, losses and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys fees) that may arise directly or indirectly from the customer’s breach of these Terms and Conditions.
